We'll have to see if its just an isolated incident or its cuz of too many copies in the channel. But surprisingly the game that was supposed to be the biggest title till date on ps3 hitting bargain bin within a month sure sounds like trouble for devs making exclusive games for ps3. I still see games like Halo3, Bioshock selling at regular prices and those have been out for 7 plus months.
I did not feel any vibration while playing on my 360 how come some people are saying there is vibration for 360?

So if the content is same on dvd9 and BD 50gb why are you blaming MS? Blame Sony for not pushing devs to put in extra effort to fill it up to the brim or rather why aren't devs doing it themselves whose stopping them. Its not that they make 360 game and put it in Game converter program to churn out a ps3 copy.
I dont know if he's making an excuse cuz to have such a great body definately requires dedication and self control. Maybe he's a guy whose not into video games, believe me i know people whom i forced to try some games but they rather sleep than play games.

Gamers who have lives and work for living the only way to release stress is by playing video games where they can do all sorts of stuff they can't (will not) do in real life like killing aliens/enemies, blowing up stuff etc. If all you do in this game is take one package from one place and deliver it to another place then people enjoying this kind of game should go and work in FedEX or DHL, albeit they wont be able to jump from roof to roof.

Yes, although looks good for a tech demo but game wise too much running and jumping and no action is making it boring. Dont get me wrong i love DICE for their BF series but this is just too bland. What about lack of HUD? How would you know where to go etc?.

I grew up with star wars and thought initially it was all real (well i was a kid back then). Anyway, loved most of the lucasarts games, Full Throttle, Tie fighter vs Xwings etc. Can't wait for their lastest on the new gen consoles (PS3 / 360).

Good points. One more thing the main selling points for ps2 are that 99% are modded to be able to play all region and pirated games for as low as $2. Had the console been only able to play original games costing 30-40$ then the number of units sold would have been drastically low.
I'd say keep churning out ps2 as long as devs are willing to keep making games for it.
PS3 eventually surpassing Ps2? Not this gen buddy, 15million in 2 1/2 years, how long to reach 100 million? 14 years? In next five years things will drastically change with new consoles by MS and Ninty and even sony themselves will not wait cuz they know the penalty for launching a year late.

On topic, i say NO. Youtube is for any tom, d!ck and harry who has anything from a video cam, cell phone with cam, digicams to a scanner with which he/she can just upload picture/video to youtube. It does not require tedious level designing method nor requires you to own a ps3, that too not bought for watching movies.

I hope we can skip it. Its taking a step backwards from the gorgeous visuals of the gameplay. Imagine playing BF:BC and suddenly the cutscene comes up but its in 2D so it would certainly kill the immersiveness.
I remember playing games back in 90s when cutscenes were CGI and actual game graphics sucked now the ingame is better than the cutscens how come?
Oh i see so MS is going to copy squads in multiplayer. Last I checked, i was playing in squads in BattleField 2, years ago and not to mention BF:BC. Where did this MS copying stuff come in?
I disagree with you Jukken. Simply because their service is way better than PSN. I'm sitting somewhere in asia and can play lag free with people in USA/Europe etc. Most games like Gears/Halo3/COD4 and recently BF:BC takes about 10 secs to join and then you always have players playing it. You can d/l demos faster than PSN people and not to mention getting them before. OTher than waiting time and online play there is no difference between free(silver)and Gold accounts.
