Agree. I remember playing original and sometimes you start off in teh middle of circle firing huey's or MIs and it was just matter of waiting for time to finish. NOt that i dint do the same when i used to get chance but again, it used to be fight between 5 to 6 players jumping on the H-Pad trying to get in the copter about to spawn. Agreed plus easier to programmable processors. 3/4th of its life ps3 struggled in the hands of devs. When the new tech will be unleashed in a year or 2 not matter how much adept teh devs are on PS3 it wont matter if there are no cells in future consoles. IT will be total waste of hard learning.
GT5 is the lingerie model you have seen in the pictures or videos while holding jar of cream in one hand and when you finally manage meet her, you find that all those pictures / videos were air brushed covering her hideous scars of plastic surgery which was to remove 200lbs of fat from her stomach and butts and to increase the bossom size from 15 to 34DD.
It leaves a bad taste in mouth and scar you for life. You will never trust a video or picture of any model again.

Are you talking about ps2? Cuz last time i remember ps2 had the biggest fail in history of consoles with cd lens / tray issue. Two of my ps2's developed it and had to throw one away. No wonder it reached 15...
They should have made a drifting game instead. This gen games like NFS, Dirt, Motorstorm, PGR, Forza had outdone this old giant by the time it came out 5 years too late.
Shame 360 owners will enjoy few more racing games by the time GT6 will come.

Wow you must be new to n4g. SInce 2005 this site's ps3 fanboyes have been hyping this game as GOD sent and which will kill 360 when it was supposed to have come in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010. It was on top of the list of games every fanboy was throwing in our faces. PIck any freaking comment during last 4 years of a ps3 fanboy and see him creaming his pants while talking about GT5.
You're comparing that with some 2 bit game called too hu...
With this much time and money sony should have added 256mb more in their Graphics memory part of PS3, which would have saved 100s of devs 10000s of man hours on trying to find ways to squeeze juice from rock.
Wow from last few weeks of "Teh most Ultimate uber gameplay videos" of GT5 one would have expected it to be getting "110/100"
Seriously i'm sad even though i dont have a ps3 and never would buy in this gen. THe ps3 fanboys had this game hyped from day one and now they can't digest the fact that this is not a Game created by GOD but by mere humans.

PC gaming is slowly dying. The only genre it has left for itself is RTS. Consoles haven't yet provided similar level of gameplay due to controller setup. But with next gen consoles probably supporting KB/M much more than current gen than it will be the final nail in PC's coffins

I guess you haven't played games like Alan Wake, Unchartered 2, BadComp2 (single player) which have had jungles drawn pretty well.
Also not everyone on pc side will be having easy access to NV's 580 or AMD's 68xx series cards in the PCs worth alone price of 2 or more consoles, to be able to run Crysis in even 50% of it's intended glory.
