Yeah could be worse, could have bought the X-Box 360 arcade to save a few dollars only to realize that I can't do crap cuz there's only 256 MB of memory, or I could have bought the Elite with the big HHD to download stuff only to find out I have to pay for service assuming it's up and running only have have that P.O.S system over heat and RRoD. I could send it in and get it fixed only to have it come back work for a few days and have it break down again. Or I can be a complete X-Bot M$ jerk...
Hell yeah it's worth it. You only need 1 PS3, because its reliable and it works. With the 360 there's that 33% chance that it'll brick and die miserably. How many pathetic x-bots bought 2 or more 360 because their original 360 died and couldn't be fixed?

on a side note, I think X-Play has lost its unique view on games, if I ever catch an episode it's more about trying to appeal to the masses rather than just the gamers. Instead of reviews they cover history, local events, up coming events and current trends that relate to technology as opose to just video games. It's like they took CHEAT! Electronic Playground and the FEED and put it in one pot. But that's just me. Whatever happened to Diane Mizota?
