just buy the 3g/wifi one and don't get a plan yet that way if you ever decide to get a data plan you don't need to buy a new one, also the gps is a nice bonus if you need it.

i think you answered your own question btw it also has 3g, memory card instead of UMDs, social app, gps, cross game chat, two cameras and the list goes on, yes there similar but vita is it's own system. not just and updated psp.
what constitutes a game being #1 and #4 is it sells, awards, quality, wheter it has it's own convention or McDonalds toy. These two games are being compared because they are both racing game exclusive to either system. Facts are if the article read Forza sell a million more than gt5 etc. the comments would be a lot different.
