Great game. This review is pretty spot on, although I think I enjoyed the humour a little more than the reviewer.
I loved GTA IV and still play it online to this day; and I will be the first person to admit that that damn phone was the worst idea ever.
Why do they have to call so damn often?! They even have the nerve to get pissed at you if you ignore the calls.
However, this is easily remedied: I quite enjoyed picking someone up(usually roman) and then jumping out of my car before if flies off a cliff. Too bad they don't die in game and stop ****ing calling you.
I was a mega Dualshock fanboy for years, but after buying a 360 8 months ago; I have come to like the 360 controller more.
I have a bit of an issue with tendons in my wrists and after prolonged hours of playing PS3 my wrists tend to hurt( 2 - 3 hours). With the 360 controller, I can play for 5 - 6 hours straight without having any sort of pain. That speaks volumes for me personally.

Dead Island was a good game. I recommend it.
My only complaint if the lack of gun variety. Also, the guns were weak as s***.
Yakuza is a great series.
With that said, it will never replace gta, and there should be no reason to bring it up at all.

Also, Motorstorm AP is an amazing racing game. I had a good time with Folklore and 3d dot as well.

Borderlands is a game that NEEDS to be played with a friend, whether online, or splitscreen.
One of my top 5 games this gen, at least in terms of fun-factor.
