Imo paper mario was an awesome game. Enjoyed every second of it. That being said i didn't play the other paper mario games

The day sony becomes this lazy i'm looking for the better offer because the only thing i care for related to sony, is their games.
Don't care about services, don't care about networks, don't care about who has the slight advantage in hardware, don't make controllers the deciding factor for my purchase and don't pick a company solely because of it's name.

Sadly that "most powerful" title only exists on paper. Even ms stopped using it because they got embarassed big time lol. Don't make me even start talking about first party games, because they aren't there.
Sony's year was awesome. They managed to release at least 3 heavy hitters right at the end of the gen.
Nintendo year was good too. Had many hours of fun with paper mario

Imho for me it is worth revisiting all former ps4 exclusives just for the joy alone of playing them without the jet engines that my og ps4 and ps4 pro have been. Very annoying to me. My PS5 stays whisper quiet while playing these beautiful masterpieces. It is awesome!
Imho the only instance where i would agree would be if sony magically managed to run full blown current gen games, maybe with 1080p resolution instead of 4k but everthing else untouched, for an affordable price AND an OK battery lifetime so they wouldn't have to split resources for developing games for each device. Ofcourse this is VERY unrealistic, so no i don't want a handheld from sony

Yes why should it be the other way this time around, while xbox came out that horrible years for x1 with the desastrous first party game drought + series s/x starting with no new first party games either again. This time they even can't brag with having the "best plays to play"or "most powerful console" or whatever it was again.

The more i read the more I really hope for a physical current gen (ps5/xsx) version with all patches included on disc in the near future.
I'm glad i still have demon's souls followed by ghost tsushima to complete so i don 't mind waiting a little longer for cyberpunk.
Fallout games also tend to get high ratings despite being filled with bugs.
