If this guy was smart he wouldn't run his mouth about wanting to hack the ps3, all it does it gives Sony more of a reason to keep patching the system to keep it from being broken.

On the Wii outside the import games I was able to get the pts to 0 exactely; Xbox I kept having at least 100+ on my account which I couldn't do much with.
I remember when being on Live the whole pts thing really got on my nerves especially when you get 800 pts then spend 600 on something and have 200 left over for nothing outside some pics and themes. The one thing that bugged me the most is the pts cost more on Live than buying from the store (same with live service) which I learned the hard way. If you calculate the math in the long run you end up overspending with pts left over on your account just to spend more money on pts to get somethi...
I personally can't justify spending money on an over sized iphone when I can spend LESS on a better notebook.
And it's hacked? Apple needs to step their game up a bit more...

I'm overweight, and a gamer, so what. I work (tech agent for HP notebooks), pay my bills when they are due (only had one late electric bill due to billing cycle), and my responsibilities come before gaming (rent, phone bill, etc); yet they make it sound like its a bad thing with little to no "why it's bad" outside the typical "heart disease."

I agree 100%, I'd rather have a legit ps3 than a hacked one that's very limited because someone wants to challenge a company. One thing I learned from all this Intelligence =/= Common Sense.
Quick tip though, try compressing your point a bit some people don't like reading wall of text, but good points though.
Personally I didn't like 9 as much as I did 7 and 8 but I know what you mean on the talking about games.

Seriously a lot of these people complaining that much apparently have something to hide about the whole thing. They removed it for a reason; either suck it up and move on or go back to 360 full time. Apparently there's more to the story than what a lot of people know or care to pay attention to. The majority of people I know in real life didn't even know how to load it or even cared to, they bought the ps3 for games and ...

If you want linux that bad dual boot a pc; hell you can get a "FREE" notebook/desktop off someone and run it (like I did).

I remember doing reports about this back in high school in 1999 during the Columbine shooting and every report outside 1 mentioned games had no effect on human behavior; its all in the mind of the person. If they are going to do something they will do it, not just because they saw it on a screen.
