My only concern is games like this with a lot of customization can require a lot of RAM and can be tough on your CPU at times depending on the user of course. I know it could run on the Vita no doubt but I know it will be limited compared to the PC version for instance.
Not sure how well it would work bit sized, especially for a game like this where you want limitless options to mess around with, why would you want a limited version? Just to have it on the Vita.

To me that is like saying I won't buy a single game that has no trophies, kills it. People also have to realize adding trophies costs money and also relies on the developer to implement these into the game. Sony isn't going to do everything for everyone.

PSM is fine, it will get bigger. Once more people buy Vita's there will be more things being developed for PSM and more of a reason to offer it to more countries. The Vita is actually picking up speed and getting a lot of great support from a range of developers.

They didn't deliver on the PS3 simply because the PS3 is so old. Think about when the Vita was released, was it more along with the PS4 development or PS3 development? Of course the PS4.

Firstly comparing an old engine to new one is just pointless, secondly isn't it kind of weird how many similar scenes there are in GTA V compared to IV's.
Some of the scenes are the exact same just with different characters. I don't get it.

Actually no, many people don't realize just because you set a games resolution it doesn't always mean the actual in game textures are set to that resolution.
It is called Dynamic Resolution. The dynamic resolution for BF4 is obviously 720p. Even though sure you can scale it to 1080p as most people are using that but it is still 720p just upscaled.
Many PC games are the same and they usually don't have dynamic resolutions set as high as 1080p. Hell...
