The story is complete trash throughout the basic leveling process (1-10 or so), but when you hit Venus things become interesting.
And if you're not a fan of this model, skip The Division too lol.
"Bungie dropped the ball". Did everyone get full copies of Destiny weeks ago or did I miss something? STFU and play. Or don't.
Hell yes. This right here.
Those labels are more reflective of the person judging you. Keep that in mind.
With old movies, I grab them off the shelf, blow off the dust, and give them a spin. The transition from dvd to blu ray was vast and I understand a re-release then. But a subtle shift in tech doesn't demand a remake with titles not far removed from our memory.
Damn all of this. Gears? Uncharted? Let's not and say that we did...
Because...
WE DID. LAST GEN. New titles. New stories. New experiences. Why are we SO comfortable with replaying the same ish over and over?
"Mork work = lazy? No" is quite a skewed view on that. Calling it lazy also may not be the best way to do it. But devs are certainly cutting corners by remastering titles instead allocating all resources to new material. Adding an entirely new chapter to the old game in addition to remastering is one thing. Porting over is another.
Effing brilliant idea.
The Getaway would be a solid announcement. I was definitely a fan of that series. The disc-less sku theory is very intriguing and isn't as a farfetched as some would think.
Why thank you good sir
Only came upon this game recently and it definitely peaked my interest.
I really, really hope so
Yea. VIII also had the least memorable everything in the PS1 FF days.
Arkham City, though, is a legit title that should have been on the list. (Asylum can be argued to be better though).
Portal 1 is mentioned, Human Revolution was a chore to play through (specifically boss fights), and Mass Effect was more ground breaking than DA.
I love sci-fi and the closest I've come to being this interested in all the different aspects (characters, planets, etc) is Star Wars. Yet, ME has a much better story to tell. Best trilogy of all time? I have to think on it a bit more but its definitely up there.
I agree on it being top 5. It is a true shame that ME3 couldn't finish the trilogy in a fitting manner (in my opinion).
Any guesses as to which titles will make the final list?
Quick as this review came out, probably didn't invest much time into it.
