That article is crap. It does raise valid concerns and is penned very well. But, the basic premise of the criticism is flawed. The author first builds expectations out of thin air and then judges the game on those self created expectations. There are issues sure, no game is perfect, but, this guy is comparing the game to promises R* never made. R* is always known for doing its own thing and moving the industry bar in their own style. Why this guy wants R* to become CD Project Red is beyond my...
This is a non issue in this day and age.
Lol Sony should hire better network guys. This is so stupid.
Both games are very far apart so the hype comparison does not make sense. RDR 2 is now you can play the heck out of it in a few days, but CyberPunk is like years away probably next gen even.
I would pre order this so fast if I had a Switch.
I would give up instantaneously and not log in to the game for 3 days.
Better machine, may be. But Software, I think not.
This entire piece is a hate filled rant with no substance or reference for that matter to the allegations she puts forward. The author tries to come out as an intellectual but fails badly to support her writing with references and examples. Ultimately the solution she provides is going from one trope to another. It was a waste of time and further proves the dwindling state of video game journalism.
My favorite still remains "The World of Illusion"
Sleeker more solid design and a better screen.
That looks amazing, hope its not a cancelled project. Now that I have seen it, I want it!!
The main thing to understand is that they are different experiences because of their respective heroes. Swinging is always going to be better than driving and gadgets are always going to be cooler than well spidey sense. Then it comes down to villains and arguably Batman has the best villains.
Anti consumer regardless of any other spin on the situation.
Borderlands is an awesome game, but doesn't really fit in this context of Anthem/Destiny type games that are online only.
No doubt about that. Now the pressure is on Bioware to deliver.
Flying around the world in different Iron man suits with Tony Starks attitude will be the my favorite game of the year.
Yes! bring on the remaster.
I knew esports will never make it to the Olympics.
The "N" will now become its own gaming company that will have the N-factor in all its games.
Finally a good selection.
