I still think it would be similiar. You can possibly buy the following in RDR Online:
- Different horses (just like car)
- Guns
- Hideouts ( just like safe houses)
- Outfits
- Bet money at betting house
- Cars - This is interesting. If RDR2’s era is close to the last one, we might possibly see and able to buy car in this game.
I do however hope they can be more creative with this.
On pc this is borderline unplayable. Framerate drop everywhere and the game stutter almost to a crawl whenever 5 or more npcs are on screen.
My pc spec is i7 4970 and GTX1070, which is far more than the recomended spec, yet it still run like shit.
It is a great game. One of a kind, amidst all the dude-bro shooters currently on the market. The combat is fun and the story itself is interesting enough to keep you going until the end.
As much as I want EA to give up the franchise, I doubt Disney is gonna do anything about it. They had already sign a 10 years deal and had most likely received alot of money from EA already, so if they violate any contract EA is surely gonna sue their asses to hell.
Anyway when the deal is up, I hope this franchise goes to Take Two. I would love to see them tackle on this franchise and maybe have Rockstar at the helm.

The 2 things that I thank Nintendo for are:
1. Prioritize fun over graphic unlike most devs are doing nowadays
2. Not succumbing to lootbox and MTs crazes (and no, Edmix, Amiibos are not lootboxes).
Nintendo (and Sony) are the reason that gaming is great thats why I own both and had never looked back.
Oh wow, what kind of cool unlockable does Amiibo unlock? 10 outifts? 10 exclusive weapons? Does not having Amiibo limit your in game progression in any way?

This make me think of Splatoon 2. Nintendo could have bombarded it full of weapon lootboxes and costume crates and other downloadable maps and MTs bullshit. Yet, they didn’t do any of that. Everything in the game is unlocked THROUGHT PROGESSION and are obtainable by just using IN GAME MONEY. They are set to give out free dlc for ONE FULL YEAR.

If a game is a mess it usually mean that it is borderline unplayable with glitches, bugs, and very poor framerate. Clearly the Doom port on the Switch is nothing like that.
