Not exactly. You’ll need an Xbox if you don’t have a gaming PC. And just so you know, not everyone has a gaming PC. Not everyone want to go through the process of building a PC and and not everyone want to be charged extra to buy a pre built one.
So what else do you have if you don’t want those options?

Skull&Bones is just a ship-based combat game. There is no on-foot explorations whatsoever. How could it be even remotely better than SoT?
