Stutter Engine 5, well there goes a smooth launch on PC. I can already see this game being released unfinished. Release a game then complete it later with patches, and they want to get paid for this shit. This trend needs to stop it's happening too often.
If they are looking to compete with Nintendo they already lost, the only company to come close to Nintendo's handheld dominance was Sony with the PSP.
I really wanted a BF1942 + both expansions remake, it's been over 20yrs and they did nothing to honor it. I played the shit out of that game on PC in 2002 😂, then came one of the best mods for any PC game, Desert Combat. So many memories. Yeah UE3 is so much better, though much older, games run smoother using it. Paladins which I still play uses UE3 and there are no issues at all with performance.
I wish all devs would avoid using Unreal Engine 5, on PC there are always issues, I don't like UE 4 either. Wish they would have went with ID Tech 7, I'm sure it would work with The Witcher 4

Even the 4070 is faster, why would they even use a 5080 for complete overkill lol. This is not even a fair match. Try a 4060 or 4060 Ti or AMD equivalent.

If that happens it would be only Nintendo vs. Sony, but Nintendo doesn't even compete at the high end anymore, Sony would be the only powerful console it seems. It's been so long when it was only one console vs the other, going back to the NES vs. Master System days, not counting Atari because they were almost irrelevant when the NES came out.

It comes out on Feb. 18 on Steam, but the game got leaked on torrent sites today. Who cares it's another game using the shitty stutter engine 5. (UE5). All games using UE5 have issues on PC, now and with future games. Devs know the issues with this engine yet continue to use it, GTFO.
