Why is anyone surprised here? The game was crowdfunded to come to PS4 and MS is upholding that contract. They funded the polishing of the game on all platforms and commissioned a Series X|S native version as well.

Not necessarily. Look at games like Deathloop and Ghostwire. In future Xbox gamers won't have to worry about Sony moneyhatting to delay Bethesda games on their platform so I'd say it changes a ton!
I hear you. I too was not a fan of the PS4 controller at all! I shelled out for the nacon with the Xbox configuration which made it way more pleasant to play.

I already gave them money when I bought a PS4 and a bunch of exclusives. Unfortunately I have had to sell it when I lost my job and covid desperation hit.
I got lucky and won a Series X from Pringles otherwise I'd be still gaming on my thickums Xbox One.

I don't. It's a big investment, a gaming PC. I have a tiny notebook for my business but that thing can't even run Minecraft let alone God of War when it inevitably comes to PC

Other than that I am stoked to see gameplay from what has already been announced more than anything. Hellblade 2, Starfield and Infinite better show me some impressive gameplay!
It would have been better to buy them? Then buy them! Pffft! Nothing is stopping you from buying a Gamepass game before it leaves Gamepass. In fact it'll be cheaper!
Most games other than Rockstar games are in Gamepass for long enough to play the game and finish it 3 times over.
