It's just N4G considers SoT a sales flop only helped by Gamepass. SoT outsold this only a month into its release but N4G is taking Sony's word as the gospel.
So again I'm asking N4G how big of a hit it is if it's being outsold by a 3 year old game which N4G considers a sales dud.
My opinions are not swayed by their popularity or lack thereof on N4G.

Exactly, because it's a 3 year old game which somehow outsold a game 1 month after it released whilst still being free on a dollar subscription. Just saying.
Yes. Yes I do. A game that is free on Gamepass which is 1 dollar and is 3 years old somehow sold more than Returnal just 1 month after it released. A very just comparison in my opinion because Steam sales aren't being counted.
I'd argue that what they really wanted was for the game to flop so they can feel like the masters of the universe they delude themselves into thinking they are.

Nope. The US is not the world however it is one of the few places where sales stats are published monthly. It didn't chart in the top 20 in UK either if that helps...?
In June or in May which is when it came out practically. But it is a hit in Sony's eyes which is what matters.
I stand behind it. This is one of the little things I enjoy about Gears of War games.
The violence isn't real so it doesn't bother me one bit. I don't like cursing so I I can turn it off then I will!
