We should not forget that PS4 at $399 have voice commands without the camera. X1 at $399 don't have voice commands as it needs kinect for that.
That is another advantage the PS4 have apart of being more powerful.

My opinion about the 180 is that Microsoft is not doing it because they "listen" to their fans but because they are being forced to do it because of the poor sales compared to the PS4. They waited to see the impact of Titanfall and after they saw it didn't worked then they decided to sacrifice kinect.
While the move was totally necessary for Microsoft in order to compete, it also put Microsoft on a very bad situation...

Therewill be no parity between the PS4 and X1. The PS4 will always be more powerful and any performance boost the x1 get , the PS4 will also get so it is better if everyone once and for all accept this. I know it breaks many egos out there but is and will be the truth for the whole generation.

I'm so tempted to get it but I already have it on PS3. If Sony offers me some PS3 to PS4 deal them I may get it.
At $399 The PS4 offers superior hardware and voice commands without having a camera.
The $399 X1 is just the same inferior hardware and now you don't have voice commands.
Even when the 2 consoles have the same price, the PS4 is still a far better option with better value.
The thing is that this is not the first case. Many other upcoming games are going just to the PS4 PC combo. Many developers re choosing not to release on the x1, Square Enix and final fantasy online , a triple A title, is an example.
This game makes forzar looks like trash. The immense attention to details are jaw dropping.
The delay was very well worth it.

There is 1 and only reason Microsoft unbundled kinect and is because the ps4 is destroying the x1 in sales. Anyone thinking they did it because they listen to their fans is a fool.
I agree that Microsoft should have show some respect to their vision and after all the millions spent building the x1 around kinect they should have keep it required but the my are loosing very bad against the PS4 that it seems they don't have any other option. Is that or admit complete failure of the x1.
This game is looking so good. I was going to get the PSN version but looks like I'm going for the full retail version. I don't mine supporting a developer like evolution and I really hope their next project is the super adrenaline racer Motor Storm
Interesting that Microsoft did not kept this as a surprise for E3. It could be that after all the negativity with kinect and how they lost again to the PS4 on NPD, they cannot afford to wait for E3 and they are trying to build some hype.
Why they are skipping the x1?
Microsoft must be very desperate if they cannot wait til E3 to proper reveal it. It is like, after another month won by Sony, they want to try and build some hype.
I have been hearing that since last year.
PS4 dominating with 2 titles in top but is no surprise as Multiplatform games are superior on the PS4.
I'm really happy to see Mario Kart on the top 5. Hope to hear of a new Zelda and Metroid game soon.
