As unfortunate as it is, they have deadlines they need to follow. Forza is obviously a system seller and Microsoft has decided that it needs to be out for the launch of XBOX ONE. They've most likely had to rearrange priorities upon the news of the deadline but as long as the game as a whole delivers like the previous Forza games, I'm happy. I can wait a few years for dynamic weather, it isn't the end of the world for me. It's not like the world is end...
Either that or Forza. I'm hoping it's Forza as that's my day one purchase!

Read the Day One purchase offer! It states it in there! Anyone who pre-orders the console for launch day gets the 'Day One' gifts included aka 1 years xbox live membership and a few other exclusive goodies!
If you skip the day one edition of Forza you miss out on as they say 4 'incredible tunes', which will only be available to customers that pre-ordered! Obviously if you're not bothered then disregard what I said.
Don't tell me, is he betting (again) that mobile gaming will be the future? What is it with this guy and mobile gaming? How about sticking to something you know aka console gaming? Why is he so infatuated with mobile gaming? The day mobile gaming takes over is the day I retire from gaming!
Yes but if I get myself a day one edition I get a years free Live subscription with it so whatever console price cut they make I'd end up paying it back with the Live costs. I'm not waiting, day 1 for me!

Well I wouldn't exactly say it is lost money, perhaps in the future when DRM does somehow manage itself to be successfully implemented for them it will be a matter of plug and play I guess?

That's not my point, I don't care about these extra features! I was happy because all I want to is just play the multiplayer side of games I really enjoy without added costs. Now instead I have to pay for extra features I'll probably NEVER use just like with XBOX live, when all I want is the multiplayer. They should've just kept it the way it was!
Should we boycott Sony for now charging for multiplayer! Because if anything that was what made the PS3 a better choice amongst Xbox for a lot of people! If we have learnt that consumers can effectively force MS to change its policies why shouldn't we do the same to Sony now? We want free multiplayer! I bought the PS3 because I liked free multiplayer but now they're charging! if we kick up a big enough fuss and cancel our pre-orders we might just see change too!
When it comes to MS on N4G every negative rumour regarding MS is concrete fact!
if they are these so called 'marginal' improvements as we saw in this gen between 360 and PS3 that the majority of gamers couldn't even recognize. You can expect me to be laughing my ass off!
How have they been shady? They came straight out with DRM, the used games issue, compulsory kinect and its other features! So how is that being shady?
I'm not playing 36 times to experience 36 endings. That is crazy. I wish there was an easier way of doing this!
In that case I hope it does really well. Nothing is worse than when you spend a long time and lots of resources only to come out with a end product that is average. I'll be looking forward to this as time draws near. Good luck T10.
Disappointing if no story. That's the sole reason I always bought NFS games, followed by customization.
What I'm confused about though is, are you getting the full game or a part of it?
Gotta agree this game looks amazing considering it is running on this gen. When I first saw Project CARS I thought it would be for next-gen and high end pc builds!
