Even with an headstart in xbox 2 favor, sales will probably be even be worse than the x1 laughable numbers because ms damaged xbox image so bad and therefore def lost many future customers who don't belong to the xbox fanbase or usually are multi console owners and got burnt with x1's exclusives draught.
I will still be happy with my ps4 for several years to come. As long as sony devs are able to deliver visual wizardry like in gow, uncharted, horizon etc., which even outshines beastly consoles by miles,there is nothing to worry about even if it is exciting to think about what said devs could do with even more powerful hardware

Might be because the xboxonex really isn't a thing. Not every dev/pub wants to waist money for a micro sized audience. At this point people should be glad that atleast some japanese company release their games on exbox. But expecting them to care for 1x is just too much
Yeah that was a part of gaming that was really important for me. Unlocking characters, skins/ outfits,etc in the old tekkens was so much fun.

This! Even though i was excited for the game from day one, i was worrying about how the f they would justify the existence of robot animals taking over the world.
The game only sold that much at retail on x1 with an install base of 25-30 mil? Xwarriors see exclusives on ps4 as a failure when they sell 4-6 times more with roughly twice the installbase in week 1. Im confused now. Is pubg on x1 a hit or miss?

Besides having to pay for only mp, the fan noise is the one thing that annoys me the most on ps4. Imo the ps4 is an awesome (the best currently available console on the market) but the cooling solution is were sony dropped the ball.

You're right but thinking about a conspiracy between capcom and sony is easier for some to accept. They expect devs to put much more resources in the version which will make up for the extreme minority of sales.

Well that is a damned if they do,damned if they don't situation. Unlike MS , sony supports their console until the very end with exclusives. That resulted in a slow start of ps4 exclusives. they could have done the same like ms did and stop development of proper ps3 exclusives in f...
Tell that to the bros who dismiss every japanese ps4 (console) exclusive game as "weabo" and "weird" and therefore uninteresting while the not less weird monster hunter game now is THE SHIT! I would guess that is because MH isn't a ps4 exclusive^^

Without researching actual numbers: i would bet there is a difference between the market back then and today. I would think that nowadays games sell in much larger quantities than back in the days when video games were for nerds and kids. I Could be wrong though.
