We all know by now that xbox is all about hardware, releasing consoles and 150$ controllers over and over, while games take a back seat. So ofcourse the diehards will defend this.
But in reality they don't care about equality, they want special treatment. They would love the game if the main character would be female and has to kill every male(which would all be absolute disgusting pigs ofcourse lol) in a gruel fashion to show how strong and independend.
Obviously get a ps4 pro. In case you already own a ps4 pro and literally every other electronics product on the planet, but still feel the urge to at least spend some of the money pileing up in the vault of one of your many castles, you should go with the X.

Unfortunately i couldn't experience the X in person, because xboxes almost seem like mythical creatures here in my city in germany nowadays. I read about people online who state they have one, but i don't know or heared of anyone remotely IRL who still owns a current gen ms console.
That said i'm only able to compair the (lack of)noise of an OG X1 and of the 1S to those of a standard release PS4, the 1200 revision and the ps4 pro.

Hoping for a much more cooling solution next gen. If EVEN microsoft(!!!!), who didn't get anything else right this gen, Is capable of offering consoles which don't sound like hair dryers or vacuum cleaners, it can't be that hard for sony. Make the psu external and/or do something else to decrease the noise significantly. This gen it is too late for me, because i won't invest in yet another ps4 model and stay with my launch pro.
Playstation is dominating because it has lots of awesome actual exclusive games AND 99% of the third party games out there. The other consoles have either one or the other.
Right now there is almost nothing that bothers me about rdr2. Only thing i could complain about is that my ps4 pro is switching to jet mode at times when i play this game but that's on sony not on the game.
This game made me even feel kind of sorry to lose my brave horse while messing around with tied strangers on the train tracks (RIP Ash I. Ash II, while reliable, she got nothing on you).
I'm amazed by this game in every way.
Since the witcher 3 is a snoozefest, i'd have to give the win to rdr2.

I may have to add that nintendo's studios also do a great job. But yeah without sony and nintendo and a few third parties devs which aren't focusing on gaas to milk their fans dry, gaming wouldn't be a worthwile hobby anymore.
