I have to agree with @Lawboy. When it comes to exclusives, MS games focus more on multiplayer where PS is more single player.
Yes, PS games HAVE multiplayer, but I don't think anyone bought Uncharted for the epic multiplayer. And I think that is what @Lawboy is trying to get at. And how is his list of games wrong? The only real edge I feel PS+ has is the free games to rent/play. I still trust the Live infrastructure better. Being able to play Titanfall without anyone having host advantage is HUGE for online shooters. I'm not really into twitch, I don't use apps (my tv, phone, and tablet have all that), I basically just use my Live service for online gaming and occasionally Skype. I can live without The Crew to be honest with you. From the video's I've seen, it's an arcade racer, not impressed. I'm more into simulation racers and turning a Camaro into a 4X4 and smashing into cars isn't my cup of tea. I'd rather them work their tail off on The Division and get that out before Christmas.

So lets say X1 sales jump by 500,000 in two months (making up a number) what would you contribute that too? All of a sudden systems are selling at the same time Titanfall launches. The system has struggled to sell past few months, so if all of a sudden their is a spike in system sales, Titanfall can directly be contributed to those system sales. Every sale? Is it selling as well as PS4, no. But in no way is it bombing or tanking. The system is 3 months old and we are talking about needing saving from 1 single game? How about all the other games coming out this year? Tell the 3.5+ million X1 owners that the system is failing and see what they think.
It's not going to set records because the install base for the X1 isn't there. It's also only available on Xbox consoles and PC. COD, GTA, those break records because its available on PS also. If TF was available on PS3 and PS4, this might set a record.
Do those preorders take into consideration the Titanfall bundle? Every X1 that sells that should count as a Titanfall sale too I would think. Plus there isnt much incentive to preorder the game anywhere since there are no major bonuses for preordering. You'll be able to find the game everywhere.
Your post doesn't make much sense. There are about 3.5 million X1's. If Titanfall sells over 1.5 million copies, that would means they reached almost half of X1 users, thats pretty darn good for a month. Forza has sold over 1 million and it's been out for 3 months. KZ just hit 2 million and they have double the size of the install base at over 6 million, that's not even half of PS owners.

Article isn't even about the cloud yet you manage to come off as a flaming PS fanboy, congrats. 1080p or 960p, the visual differences will be minimal. Yes 1080p is more but its not going to be this glaring difference you or others thing it will be. Game will look excellent on both systems.
Graphics will always been important, but gameplay is always the most important.

Battlefield 4 can't even do squads before going into a match. At least this game you can party up beforehand. 15 maps is pretty awesome for a launch game.
$5 is better than $0 right? Why not keep $5 for yourself instead of letting EA or whoever take it. Id like to know all the details like, how many maps per pack, any new titans, game modes, weapons, etc.

I agree @pockyking, lol how is a day 1 patch a bad thing? I've played tons of games with a day 1 patch. Just because the game has gone gold doesnt mean dev's just say "were done, time for a vacation, deuces!" The BETA was probably pretty close to final version of the game so anything that was discovered might not have made it in time.
I think Battlefield could have benefited from a few more Day 1, Day 2, Day 50 patches.
