There are many great games that don't sell millions. Quality doesn't always equal good sales.
If gameplay is the only thing that matters, how have they butchered it? We haven't seen any gameplay. All we have seen is a trailer and some art. Me thinks you're mad about the Dante redesign.
The fact that being multi-platform somehow detracted from you enjoyment of the game is sad. Comments like that are a perfect example of what is wrong with this generation.

This whole "year of <insert console>" stuff is such nonsense. This will be remembered as a year when a lot of awesome games came out regardless of platform. Are 1998 or 2007 remembered because one console was better than another or because there was a lot of awesome games?
That point is so true. Slow != tactical. I am always confused when people talk about how tactical the combat in DA:O was because it is pretty simple. The only bit that is "tactical" is just making sure you don't hit your party with AOE spells which is still a concern in DA2 if you up the difficulty. If anything DA2 is more "tactical" when it comes to healing because you can't spam healing items like you could in DA:O.
I have done many book reports and what teachers/professors are looking for is your opinion and if you can actually form an argument to back it up. They aren't looking for a synopsis of the book, they are seeing if one can think critically.

So to make you happy they need to give it a 6/5 I guess. Maybe it got a lower score because the improvement from KZ to KZ2 was a lot greater than from KZ2 to KZ3? No that would make to much sense. /s
Did you even watch the video you linked to? While he does complain about the 360 fanboys, he was mainly complaining about the PS3 fanboys because they were complaining about a 5/5
It's because reviews are OPINIONS! I can understand that this may be a difficult concept to comprehend. I will agree that if something is good anyone can recognize it just like Joystiq did. They didn't give it a 3, they gave it a 7. This is good by any review standard in any entertainment medium!
If everyone just gave the same score as your last paragraph suggests than what would be the point of having multiple reviews?
If people that are passionate about tennis and acted as stupid as the console war fanboys, the yes. People would call them tennis fanboys. BTW there are many stupid fanboys in the sports world as well. Yankees vs Red Sox anyone?
The only advantage the PS3 version has is that it is all on one disc. Graphically it's a tie, if anything the 360 version was proven to be the slightly better one but it's a moot point. As far as actual value goes, if you buy the 360 version and all the DLC it is still cheaper than the PS3 version. In the end the PC or 360 is the better option for the whole Mass Effect save import.

I agree. MGS4 was an amazing game for the first two acts but then it went completely overboard with the cutscenes. It felt as though I was doing more watching than playing. After Snake Eater is was a bit of a let down.
LBP2 best in the platforming genre?!? It may have some impressive creation tools but I would take Mario Galaxy over LBP2 any day.

It may be an older game but it didn't get all the praise it does now when it came out. Personally I can't recall people talking so highly of this game until this generation of consoles came out.
