Yeah, I agree. It kind of defeats the original purpose of the Steambox. If I want a PC to play games on my TV I can build one up for less.

It's still A PC with a Linux OS on it. Consoles have their own unique software that doesn't run on 99.999999% of PCs.

Yes and no, Duke Nukem Forever is a prime example of hype generated from waiting - and failing. So we'll see. I have faith in Slightly Mad, though.
I generally have no issues with a small amount of violence. We've slaughtered sheep in front of my son, and he seemed to cope just fine. It's the manner that it's depicted that is important to me.
