So I am guessing it is using Phyre Engine?
If there's a less immersive option than VR, does't that make VR the master of immersion? Contradiction lol
It is 'DLC later on', and it's not the reason for the delay.
I think it's more so that it appeals to 'gamers'. It's the perfect product to match the other garish accessories like fluoro LED headphones, keyboards, mouse etc
Easy for them to say on a game like Rainbow Six. They charge full $60 and yet you only get a multiplayer game with a limited map selection and features.
Try applying the same thing on a game like Watchdogs 2, Ubisoft would not have the same opinion.
The only update is changing the USB from mini B to micro. So unless you hate the old PS3 style cables, there is no difference.
Try Job simulator, there's a reason why it's the top VR downloaded title.
No need to speculate there is already facts out there

"Xbox hardware revenue dropped by a significant 33 percent,"
And notice after July the Xbox had 4 months of high sales, it's because slashed the Xbox prices very heavily to boost revenue.
The other side of the...
Real reason is to lift profits, the constant price cutting of the original PS4 is hurting their financials.
Why not, sales are both sizzling and shot up because of high demand.
It is mostly sold out, so the first week sales will be skewered.
Well he can spin all he wants, because he can get away with it. Stocks were $19 two years ago and now $85, he would be the last one laughing.
LG is your problem, they can never get processing right. They can't even get basic 23.98 fps mode correct without juddering all over the place.
People may salivate at the 'OLED' word but it's not even full OLED, it's P-OLED but LG doesn't want you to recognise the difference. There's a big big reason why Samsung or Sony haven't bothered with OLED TV but yet LG could miraculously make them after buying the Kodak patents for P-OLED.
It's clearly not a one off dumb decision. Clearly there's some business logic to this, so who on Earth is pulling these strings.
Total Xbox sales are huge because there are constant fire sales on them. The original Xbox can be had for as low as $220 ($165 USD) including Minecraft. Whilst the PS4 is still sold at next to no discount at $330 ($249 USD) plus some games.
The key to this is Sony's most recent quarterly earnings, profit forecasts were cut because of downwards pressure on the PS4 price. Clearly Sony has refused to drop the price of the console and Pro is really an attempt to reset the ...
Yes, have you seen the sales numbers? Not very inspiring. I'm also talking about GT and how it can evolve.
GT will need to find it's niche as a 'game as a service'. I don't think continuing the series with sequential numbering cuts it these days. You have the one game as GT Sport and you keep building on it for years to come, have ultra predictable rules, polished tracks and a credible point system and GT will find itself gaining infinite momentum as the go to competitive racer.
The same reasons why CS:GO finds itself so relevant: no thrills, predictable rules a...
Why do you expect 4mil to be an overestimate for Resident Evil, even Resident Evil 6 with all the hate managed to beat that number.
Is it just me or every single console review score is within 8.
You can continue to believe VR is all just that, but VR is a genre in itself you are simply going down a line of confirmation bias believing that small budget experimental games somehow represents the medium in general. Drive Club VR is open to short sighted ridicule because it is a simple knockup port on a console limited in potential, but then to deny the showcase of tech based on one example is like denying the truth that iRacing wtih Occulus is somehow the same when it is proven to be the...
