Realism doesn't exactly make a game any better. I think the word you are looking for is authentic.

That actually impressed me in the slightest way possible. They have a great concept but I am almost sure that they will f*ck it up somehow, since well they are Ubisoft. Rockstar could have done a better job at it.

Yeah I was downloading Max Payne 3 and it bugged out on me. Now it works fine.

I don't know about Battlefield 2 and 2142, but Vietnam and 1942 were way lower than 60$.

To be honest, it isn't annoying at all. The ads don't even pop up, you have to open them in order to watch. People are making a big deal out of it, even though they shouldn't. It didn't change a damn.

Yeah I totally agree. It would be SO cool if we get to see Joel and Ellie as random people, kind of like GTA 4.

The Last Of Us. It's the only game that come the closest to accomplish what I want from video games.

In gameplay aspect those games are very similar. Even though I think The Last Of Us has a more advanced combat mechanics.

If the campaign is just as dull as Battlefield 3, it's not worth 60$ in my opinion. If they aren't willing to work hard on the campaign, why even bother with it? Just drop the price and make it multiplayer only.

I can't fly the jets and the helicopters for that reason. It's really annoying. And even though they patched the flashlight, it's still annoying. Battlefield 3 proved that realistic graphics can't always be a great thing.

Lighting and texture quality looks superb. But the foliage looks pretty terrible in this particular shot.

We got lots of amazing games each year. The games were very innovative, inspiring and overall such a well made games. But gaming companies got really greedy. So I don't know, it's a so-so for me.

Agreed. I think only Rockstar and Naughty Dog are pushing things other than graphics with astonishing quality.

No, not really. This gen(Xbox 360 and Playstation 3) proved that even how powerful PCs are no dev will remotely touch the power of high end PCs, nor will they optimize their games just as good as they do for consoles.
Plus lots of gaming rigs are already more powerful than next gen consoles. But that didn't make Microsoft nor Sony make a new and better system.
Consoles don't rely on Gaming PC's technology for the most part.

That is a good news. Since this means Playstation 4 will have a long lifespan.

Tons of content, really? Ugh, some people. Journey is one of the most overrated game I have ever played. And it's certainly not the "best" game in my opinion.

4614d ago 0 agree2 disagreeView comment

Agreed. They need to add free multiplayer modes.

4615d ago 1 agree0 disagreeView comment

Personally I think it's addictive, and it only has two game modes, but still you don't want to put the controller down.

LOOOOOOOOL

4615d ago 0 agree1 disagreeView comment

Yeah so far it has been only Red Dead: Redemption. And Max Payne 3 is technically the most impressive game ever, it could have been such a great game, but the unskippable cutscenes ruined it.
