It's on PC, 360, and all signs are pointing to a late PS4 release (devs saying that they would "love to see it on PS4")
State of Decay 2 vs. DayZ Standalone?
M$ said that they have THIRTEEN exclusives in its first year, down from fifteen.
they also included console exclusives (minecraft) and timed exclusives (titanfall)
20+ are confirmed to be released in its first year

PSN will catch up by 2015 imo, when most of the cloud services are up and running.
have they shown any gameplay/footage?
We saw a tiny bit of gameplay for KZ's multiplayer on the map Vekta Mall, it's shown on the PS4 UI trailer.

Watch_Dogs, AC4 & Destiny have PS exclusive content
may be more, not sure
PS3 actually didn't get that much of a boost from TLoU, it has been pretty comfortably been selling at around 120k+ for pretty much the entire year & has been outselling the 360 almost 2:1
