PS4 for me.
relative to X1
I have a high-end PC (£1670 custom) and I am switching over to the PS4 this gen, midway through I will go back to PC for multiplats though, and upgrade my PC
The main selling point of the PS Vita will be the ability to play any PS4 game on it imo, it's a very nice and innovative feature and I can't wait to try it.
You do realise that NO game within the first few years will require over 5.5 GB of RAM?
Sony doesn't need to give the extra RAM to devs, it would be pointless, so they are reserving 1.5GB of RAM for later use. If they find no use for it, it will go to the devs.
Also bare in mind that the PS4's OS footprint will continue to drop throughout its lifecycle.
PS3's OS footprint in 2007: 120 MB
PS3's OS footprint in 2012: 50 MB
Trust me... M$ will bring back DRM, I know it.
required kinect is not an innovation, it allows the X1 to watch you.
Microsoft said that they would "aggressively challenge" any government requests to access the Kinect (same thing they said about skype), but what can M$ do against the US govt? nothing, the kinect will be used to spy.
die already
They said that the demo was 35% completed if I read it correctly
guys they got hacked
look: http://forums.infestationmm...
CoD: Ghosts will likely look the same, if not better on the X1 because of M$'s deal with the Call of Duty franchise
So PS4 in 5-6 years?
Good news, this gen was FAR too long.
yeah, it would be interesting to find notes/letters scattered around the world similar to what ND did with Ish, the guy who held out in the sewers.
on paper PS4's GPU is comparable to a mid-range PC GPU, but console games are always very optimized, so it will probably end up with the potential of a high end GPU
Wrong. VGChartz says that Watch_Dogs is the most pre ordered game in the US.
PS4 version has exclusive content, so you are probably best getting that
they are very talented and do not need to waste their skills on a game like Sly (not that I don't like it), which can be made by a development studio like Sanzaru instead.
@Gribble
says is a member of VGChartz for many years, spells it as "VGCghartz"
Seems like this game isn't for everyone, though from what I have seen this game is not very polished and is rough around the edges.
PS4 is doing amazingly well! I am very surprised!
Would have thought that the X1 would have had this gen locked down in the US
