What did you expect. It's PlaystationUniveristy. I don't understand why they even mention the Xbox 360. I would like to point out that of Mass Effect 2 wasn't coming to the PS3 that it wouldn't have won Xbox game of the Year it would have been some other multiplat. Also how is the RDR Game of the Year but not PS3 or Xbox game of the year? PSU schools themselves I guess.
Sin & Punishment: Star Successor is an 87 on Metacritic so I wouldn't call it underrated. Just undersold.
The only exclusives that really put anyone ahead this gen is Nintendos. Seriously pretty much the only Wii games worth owning are exclusives.
