Generally you want to the highest FPS possible. The only reason devs give the option to lock at 30fps is for stability purpose.

There is nothing wrong with HD remakes and remastered ports and such and such. However, I can see why people are upset and why they would be due to the fact that people want to see new IPs but, it seems people don't understand the beginning of a generation of consoles to well. It's quite common for popular and high selling games to move on to the next gen of consoles. If you haven't been paying attention to Xbox One exclusive, Microsoft is trying to expand different genres of exclusive not only shooters. For those who say Gears and Halo are the only exclusive MS has in stored for us, they are truly ignorant on what knowledge they have.
Excellent exclusives is subjective. One can argue and say the Xbox One has excellent exclusives.
The question is more like, why aren't people buying an Xbox One? It's not like you can only have one console. I know plenty of people who can afford both an Xbox One and a PS4, but simply despise the Xbox One. For what reason? My guess is because, Microsoft has made themselves look like the bad guy last year. Now I find it nearly impossible for Microsoft to catch up with Sony. Not that I am saying the PS4 won the this gen, however, the Xbox One is receiving a lot of hate still.
I am sorry to say, but that is an unfair comparison. Mario Kart is a well known and a popular franchise that has built upon the Nintendo System for years. So yeah it makes a lot of sense for Mario Kart 8 to move Wii U consoles for one, people didn't have Wii Us up until Mario Kart 8 was released and two, like I said, it's a popular game.
As for Titanfall, it's not an Xbox One exclusive. So how can it move Xbox Ones, when it's on other platforms (Xbox 360 and PC). Also...
I am glad this game is getting good reviews. I just got done pre-ordering this game, so I hope the hype lives up to the real deal.
Ugh. I have played TLOU and I thought it was an excellent game, however I do not agree that it was the best game ever. As a gamer, I cannot determine what is the best game ever because there is no such thing as a best game ever.
