Technically TLOU is not a PS4 exclusive.

No. Simply because COD has a huge casual fan base.
Destiny to me is more of a game suited for core gamers and not casuals.
Destiny will probably be really popular among gamers, but for casuals, I don't see that really happening. Nothing against Destiny, but Destiny is a new IP and so far it hasn't really pulled any casuals to love this game yet and it probably never will. Or at least not as big as COD.
I find it a fair deal. It was a late PS3 game that became a huge success, in such little time. Secondly, there are a lot of gamers who did not own a PS3, which can now play this game on the PS4. Lastly, you get all the content up to date, for $50. Which is essentially equivalent to the PS3 pricing.

Dude everything you said is wrong. Console wars been around for the longest. Especially during the Sega/NES era. Microtransaction exist back than to. However, it was more of a PC thing. COD is nothing to me but a burnt out series. Now to me it is nothing but a holiday cash grab. I told myself I will never buy another COD a game after BO2.
The 60 frames does give TLOUR a smoother experience.
That is why they have the keywords "So far".
Or the people who have never played the game can simply not watch the Walkthrough/Lets Play. It's not like there aren't any TLOU footage on the internet genus.

TLOU coming to PS4 is a smart business move, and it made thousands of fans happy. Although I am not a huge fan of TLOU, I am glad that it is on the PS4.
Best exclusives is subjective. One can simply say PS4 and or Wii U haves the best exclusives.
