Metal Gear and Mass Effect have great gameplay.
Heavy Rain and TWD also have great gameplay due to it's decision making and puzzles.

Better exclusives are subjective. PC has more exclusives factual.
You can create a new IP and have third party devs make it for you. Sony and Nintendo does this all the time.
The game has it issues, but it's not a 3/10.

No it cannot. PC is cheaper than consoles.
Can it compete with controls?
No lt cannot. You can use any control input on PC as you please.
PC has better frames higher resolutions higher texture res. Better AA and more... night and day difference.
I don't consider this a beta due to the fact it's coming out less than a month from now.
BOIII Beta released in August and that game was a much smoother beta than this game.
