It seems as if you don't care there is a PC version. Your an asshole gamer that you rather someone buy a hardware for a game that can easily be put on the PC.
You should be encouraging rockstar to release a PC port on the same day as the console version. Not encourage PC gamers to go out and buy a console just to play a inferior version of the game

PC supports HDR. It just depends on the game and graphics card. You are doing yourself injustice by dropping PC for consoles. If anything at least buy a console as a secondary gaming platforming like a sane PC gamer would.
