The argument here though, is that certain dev prefers the "smoothness" of a weaker console, while it's technically possible to recreate that "smoothness" on a stronger console, so it really doesn't make sense.
It's like some dev preferring PS4's "realistic" visuals, while saying PC games lost emphasis on that. When it's clearly possible to make realistic visuals on PC and even better than on PS4.

Doesn't it depend on the art style? I'm pretty sure any Wii U game can run on the PS4, with better visuals to boot.
Maybe Sony should stop trying to use third party games as a crutch then, and rely on their own games to provide a service on par with EA Access.

Right, so EA Access is better than PSNow, simple logic.
If you enjoy playing games in crap mode that's not my problem lol.
That installing is superior to streaming since it doesn't add lag to games.
Also games do not disappear from EA Access unlike PS Now. It would be disappoint to pay a subscription just for the game you wanted to play to be removed.
It's boring because there's nothing to do at all.
PSNow needs to learn from EA Access.
