Devs already got plenty of experience with the architecture in the 360.
After all, its x86, aka the best documented and most wideley used architecture in the world.
The games become gradually better looking, otherwise you wont have much selling points for sequels.
What if Gears 1 was already the max in gfx, then no one would be impressed with Gears 2 or Gears 3.
And Alan wake would have been overlooked because the gfx would already have been done before.

Also, the lastest 360íes do not have the same problem.
Point is that almost 70 % of the 360íes out there are not Jasper equipped, and are still prone to RROD.
I got a Jasper myself, its quiet and stable.
Duh, MS is not planning to remove stuff from the 360, instead they will add Natal to the 360, so they need the space to add the two Natal camera's to the case.
Also, Forza3 and Alan wake proof that the 360 was never at its limit with Gears2.
And i dont think its at its limit with Alan wake and Forza3 either, the 360 can show lots better gfx then what we see now.
They just gradually release games with better gfx, they do that with all consoles.
Its a market...

Lots of ps3fans live in the illusion that Sony is ahead in europe.
Which it isnt.
Theres been numerous articles that state that the 360 is ahead of the ps3 in total sales in the EU.
Ps3fans however are basing their opinion on the fact that the ps3 outsells the 360 in some EU countries.
They think that those couple of EU countries = all of Europe.
I think the secret tech is a stealth version of mass effect 2 for the ps3.
It works like this, you buy the mass effect 2 case for the ps3, and inside it is an invisible disc which contains the game Mass effect 2.
You insert the invisible disc in your ps3.
But heres the catch, only smart people will see the actual game appear on their screen, so if you dont see the game after inserting the invisible disc, then your a dumb noob.

Also, they dont want to have a bad name with ps3 fans, cause Bioware is still planning to sell a lot of copies of dragon age to ps3 fans.
If they would piss ps3 fans off right now, a bunch of ps3 owners may decide to turn its back on dragon age.

In Korea however theres a lot of room for growing in its gaming market.
A: because of the growing welfare in Korea.
B: because more and more people in Korea have started to get interested in games/gaming development.
So it would be a wise thing for western company's right now to invest in Korea, as theres still a lot of growth that can be made there, and growth equals $$$$
