It's the hit detection on heads that annoys me. Headhsots feels utterly random at times, mostly on the more bulky characters (Rook, the Russian dude Takhan?')

I'm hardly gonig to write a essay on the origins of modern multi;player fps in a comment section to be fiar. CoD is the easiest, and most well known, reference point.
It's not the players are bad, it's more they just play it in a selfish way that makes less enjoyable for others. Trolling is trolling, not much that can truly be said on it

the animation looks far too slow and clunky, transitions never like that. Their bodies are literally moving in a stupidly unrealistic way for the actions they're attempting

No, the article is talking directly talking about Terrorist Hunt. Planting the bomb defuse kit then watching 50-odd terrorists pour into the map, straight into gunfire, is odd. Terrorist Hunt was (is?) supposed to be slow and tactical, but you can bum rush it in Siege.
Don't get me wrong, i still enjoy them, but it's merely a distraction to the main multiplayer focus.
By time i came back onto N4G it had already went live, thus we can't correct!

I thought it looked quite decent. Find me a game that does not take elements of games and combines them? those kinda things often produce great games...Dragons Dogma springs to mind

Bravely Default still isn't a FF title. I get what you're saying, and i do enjoy the game but it's still not part of FF...and i'm kinda happy about that.
PC can still play Battlefront 2 online, so why bother with this DLC thing?
