Be it bad luck or factory fault, but I had 4 copies of the game by end of 2024. Disc 4 of my original copy refused to work, so bought a new one. After a year disc three from that copy no longer worked...off to game preowned I went...and boom disc 4 no longer worked there after3 months.
Now I have 4 copies XD
I started off disliking them, but then they almost felt like they were 'part of the team'. They aren't as bad as most child characters
I still have a kinda weird fondness for Blue Dragon too, even if it is full of screaming brats

While you are right about people spending their money how they wish, i'm looking at the bigger picture. The way Destiny has been monetized is straight from the free-to-play book. Obviously the problem here is that Destiny is not free-to-play.
There's a whole world of impacts paid boosts can have on long standing titles. I just don't think Destiny is...
