Let me explain somethign for you smartasses. You can't play SotC on PC at 60fps no matter let alone 30fps. The game on PS2 has really crappy framerate, it varies from as low as 15 at times and high nearly 30s. Even if you get a powerful PC you are EMULATING a PS2 and if that ps2 struggles to run the game, the game will run bad aswell.
Making a port seems like the perfect thing for a game like this, it was ahead of its time and the PS2 had real trouble getting it running. ...

LOL My 160GB slim is pretty quiet the only noisy stuff is the bluray drive. Yet my Twin Frozr 560 ti is really quiet.
less than 5 hours? I took me around 10 to beat it. And i didn't skip any cutscenes or anything. Just to let you know the persona team did this as a experiment to see what they could do with this gen consoles. Persona 5 should come out soon XD

Well... I dislike MLAA, SSAA is WAY BEtter...
Then again it requires rendering the scene multiple times... while MSAA has to do with Edges more than anything.
The problem is that "NextGen" consoles have really weak GPUs that bottleneck the entire system and not much RAM. I don't mind graphics taht much but some games will never go multiplatform unfortunately and thats why i end up playing some games on consoles.

I do now that... But you gotta admit for such an old hardware. The specs still pretty impressive for the time. I got a 560ti which probably has even more bandwithd and it plays anything on max. Pretty cool card.
It's sad though that Wii U is using old hardware already. Hopefully Ps3 or Xbox will sport better things.

It's funny... first 2 MG were on a Microsoft based system. The MSX2 was a home computer running an embedded MS OS. :P
I don't mind it crossing platforms since its not a full game. However, Kojima demonstrated that it's better for development to focus on only one set hardware. That gives the team more time focusing on story, graphics and stuff... rather than getting the quality even on different hardware.
So I don't mind this but next full MGS...
