Don't care about the whole Kojima, Silent Hills, etc...as much but all of that doesn't make you look all that good at this point in time.
Nintendo basically owns Pokémon, maybe not fully. But enough of it to as you will probably never see them on anything but Nintendo consoles or handhelds. Unless they allow it to happen with the mobile deal that just came out with or occasionally on arcade games.
Eeee, so what? Most technology is obsolete that is being used nowadays or will be shortly and stuff. It doesn't stop it from being used and enjoyed and stuff.
It would suck if they do, but wouldn't be all that surprising if they do. Though we would believe that they would drop out of the pc market as well. If they did anything with gaming it would probably be handheld and mobile market probably.
Which would be smarter in the long run for them probably, since gaming isn't like it was back when they were a juggernaut in video games.
If it ever happens we will ditch gaming. Or at least we will not continue with any new generations of consoles and stuff. We will just stick with our older consoles and older games and play them and stuff.
