If like me and others, you can't stand Japanese Art, Style, Story, Folklore, then JRPG's will be about as stong as a dying mans handshake (like punching smoke)
I would be very surprised if this thing is a massive winner for either Facebook or Sony!
With my eyesight being unequal, this will do nothing but make me sick. None of the VR tech will avoid that. There is a huge percentage of the population like this.

Bought Xbox One on Day One, bought a PS4 last year. Both have pro's and con's.
As for 2016 games;
For me this year on Xbox One, there is Quantum Break, Halo Wars 2, Gears 4, Cuphead, Below, Sea of Theives, Gigantic, Fable Legends (Hopefully), maybe Recore (if it's not pushed back till 2017)
On PS4 it's Uncharted 4 and Street Fighter 5. I don't like the look of No Man's Sky and the Jap games. But then there is Ratchet ...

The game got great reviews and sold over a million copies but fan boys see it as an endictment on Xbox.
So what did PS4 only fans do? they moaned and... well they just moaned.
If you want the best of console gaming it's best to hedge your bets and get both. Thats why I bought a PS4. I still struggle with the PS4 controller but I'm getting better. My only regret was the PS4 camera. It's shite but the triplets love it.

You could say Sony is Hung like a horse (I know, in Japan, very unlikely) by which I mean everybody wants one, they are very popular and please most people but not everyone can handle the chaffing.

Luckily I own both consoles so bought it day one on Xbox One.
I'll tell you this... it's worth every penny.

Last month, I finally finished the UC Collection and it was great. I thoroughly enjoyed it and I can't wait for UC 4.
HOWEVER, Last Friday I came home from work to find ROTTR of my door mat. I had it installed and running some 30 mins later.
The next 7 ish hours I was glued to the screen, The story is excellent Thanks to Rhianna Pratchett (Missing yourt dad terribly), the drama is great (Voice acting is stunning), the animation and graphics are brilliant...
From my point of view, I have only ever bought annual passes for games I absolutely love... which isn't many.
