but they cant... IMO when its all said and done it will be used for a small handful of "dance like" games and its main use will be as a controller for everything outside of a game... Like for your TV or to navigate XBL and other things.. I have said it from the start... thats its only real use that can make a difference, it does not do gaming like we hardcore have been gaming for 15-20 years. Not sayin...

i dont even play Gears but you can not judge a game for being a game anymore. You judge it on what came b4... so we all know you cant judge Gears vs Pittfall but Pittfall vs Any (side scroller) you can. IMO
Tower Defense games are not my thing :}
Halo sells large numbers when it comes out. You cant compare a mulitplat like COD because 1. They have it yearly but the team making it have been working on the game for 2 years. And 2. COD has a wide range of stories it can tell and its not just set in one Universe
Halo imho has made a dent even if its not the #1 game on XBL or whateva. Every gamer knows Halo.
I do not own a 360 and do not use XBL but i will give credit were credit is due.
but i think plenty of ppl know about Gears... I mean really... You spend lord knows how many millions in marketing Gears because i seen that TV add and name placement for 2 months!
have and still do use GT to learn tracks and braking points! There is a long list of drivers that have said GT has helped them greatly in getting ready for a real race...
SH!T even speed network has GT5 players competing for a real job as a driver
if thats the case then i really dont need to check it out cuz i think its GT just how i like it.. with massive amounts of stuff 2do and a never ending skill curve. I mean try taking a F1 car around Neuinburg (spelled wrong).. Its really really hard

not sure if im correct but when i bump other cars they seem to get me back.. in racing thats really all you ask for in terms of AI.. I understand the point that you want more spin offs and stuff but the AI imho seem fine. Its a racer. It doesnt ask you to invest in a story or give you dramatic cut scenes.. It just lets you drive fast cars and learn braking points and apexes.

i will just say GT5 is all i need for my racing fix and i will be playing it on and off for the next 2-3 years

but i can not play it every day for weeks on end... Thats what is so awesome.. I can always come back and still be able to drive! I left Dues X for R3 then after beating R3 twice i got back into DuesX and felt lost! GT5 is the only racer i need and its the only one i will be playing for a couple years to come

you seen where MS is moving with Kinect during E3 this year. Its not about games for it but more about adding to the game, voice commands and such. MS has said F off before and if they dont sell games on it they need to convince you its more for making the game your playing that much deeper. You will never see a AAA Kinect only game IMO. You will see Kinect enabled
Edit add on... Yes Dance central and games like it can be Kinect only. Just 2make my opinion clear
