Who mentioned breath of the wild being a rpg? Reading comprehension my dude, I said best gaming experience never did I mention Zelda being a Rpg. Lol
Despite what you say Witcher 3 is still hands down the best Rpg experience last gen…. So be mad about that. Yeah, Cyberpunk sucked, but the Witcher 3 is still amazing
I just started getting into them other than the Pheonix Wright games which were my first vns. I just got Doki Doki on my Switch.
Yup, I’m glad it did too. KZ was so generic and boring compared to Horizon.
Visual Novels don't get enough love tbh.
On the topic though FFVII Remake Intergrade and Mass Effect Trilogy, it would of helped if I actually read the headline. lol
Calm down, that's a bit extreme. Its a shame the game isn't going to be released overseas.
Says you and a few considering it’s one of the highest rated RPGs and video games in general this generation.I’ve been playing ROGs since I was 6, I’m 32 now all types of RPGs I don’t think are a lot games half as good as the Witcher 3. I also took my time with W3, 4 years and 310 first play though best gaming experience along side the beginning of Breath of the Wild. Witcher 3 is the best rpg last gen along side Divinity 2, Persona Royal and Disco Elysium
So far Western devs have proven they don’t understand Silent Hill. I expect the same thing from Blooper Team if true
papoyomp
Technically it was a playable teaser to the Silent Hill I.P PT was even marketed as such.
Shin Megami Tensei V was my personal favorite, but I was surprised by the Switch version of Dying Light, it runs pretty good on the system.
I wished we got Silent Hills, but more preferably I wish Team Silent get back together for more more SH project. In the mean time I look forward to Slitterhead.
It doesn't play well on PC? I was planning on building a PC within the next two years and I also wanted to download it on the steam deck I don't a lot about PC gaming besides some RPG stuff. My brother in law is helping me with the gaming rig.
Every time people bring up JRPGS being too "Westernized" they can't come up with anything especially when it comes to Tales and Final Fantasy. Hell, Shin Megami Tensei feels more like a WRPG especially the older dungeon crawler ones (play just like Wizardry and Ultima)
Never made a good game?! That's BS. Witcher 1 while it didn't age well it was good for its time. Witcher 2 one of the best multiplat RPG experiences and Witcher 3 is one of the greatest RPGS I played. first played through second hardest difficulty, 310 hrs. I never played anything like it; sidequest are actually engaging, your choices actually mattered. I'm looking forward to finally playing the PC version next year.
That's why I gave into the Cyberpunk hyp...
What westernized aspects are you talking bout because I don't see them and I play a lot of rpgs.
I doubt it, they're pretty far into development already judging y that recent statement.
I have faith in Yoshi P, take all the time you need.
*they’re indie
Just because their indie? That doesn’t make much sense. It really comes down to the developers capabilities rather their indie or not. Just look at Kena (teams first game, background in Animation) it’s one of the best looking games to come out this year. Same goes for team size, you’d be surprised what a 15 person team can do.
I actually liked FFXV, so I look forward to what he’s working on next.
