Maybe, you can see where he's coming from though. The average COD player probably doesn't want to play something where you're hiding and only fighting one enemy for the entire game...
It's a breath of fresh air to hear a developer say something like that instead of hiding behind the PR guys. Good for him to be honest about it and good on Ubisoft to put more money behind The Crew as a result.
Definitely. I really have high hopes for this one though! Survival horror is making a comeback.
AI is so vital to every game. I know a lot of people want realism but sometimes that can mean a game isn't very fun to play. I like a challenge but not something that's going to take me hours to master just to get through the first level.
Great news for Arabic fans. I have no idea how The Crew is going to turn out but I love how big the open world is going to be.
Easier said than done, but hopefully Ubi have some good ideas. I'm not as excited about The Division as I was when it was announced, I need to see a lot more gameplay.
I have high hopes for Destiny, very high hopes.
Looks interesting, will have to give this a try!
Sunset Overdrive is actually my most anticipated game of the whole year, it looks so much fun!
Agree with pretty much everything you said. Undisputed 3 is still the pinnacle of MMA games in my opinion. EA Sports UFC has the potential to match it, maybe in a sequel, but a lot of work needs to be done on gameplay.
It's also pretty embarrassing when the roster doesn't include one of the UFC champions...
Seems to be a lot of people saying Nintendo "won" because of the first-party games. They were good games, but are they console sellers?
How many Wii U consoles will be sold in 2015 due to these games?
A lack of third-party titles will still hurt it in the long run.
To me, Nintendo not hosting a conference in person proves it isn't one of the elite anymore.
True. We've been asking EA about this for a few years now and their issues were with having too much "empty space", because they worried only having one commentator would mean long period of silence.
It sounds like they've worked things out for FIFA 15, though.
This does look amazing.
Really? I've had plenty of games where I'm on top and have my opponent down to less than 10 health, before they manage to come back and defeat me. I would say that's down to me being terrible but I've been able to make some unlikely comebacks too!
Microsoft gonna be competing hard with Sony now.
True, Microsoft really hasn't done enough to justify the Kinect's inclusion. I wouldn't mind the Kinect as long as it offered some kind of benefit, but 6 months in and it's hardly been useful.
It wasn't that bad!
Okay, it was pretty bad...
Drive Club could be good but it doesn't appeal to me whatsoever. I want the open roads of Forza and The Crew.
