It's actually a really well drawn and awesome cover depcting a battle scene. People just look at it the wrong way cause they can't be mature about it.

Yes, the PS3 version will greatly outsell the 360 version.
Uncharted 2. It's really looking to push graphics and just how much the PS3 can process all at once. After that, I think FF XIII is really gonna push the PS3, as well.
It's true that Blazblue has a lot more to do, and that KOf XII is severly lacking in content, but there's no denying that KOF XII has the best gameplay system of a 2D fighter since 3rd Strike. All SNK needs to do is fix the online, add more characters and stages, and a story and survival mode; and they've got the best 2D fighter of this generation.
Since Bayonetta got pushed to 2010, Uncharted 2 pretty much has the GotY award down, unless its really short, or has a killer flaw.

Well, the game is coming out in late October. So a demo in late August or September might happen.

Samus destorys Master Chief hands-down. Master Chief may be a one man army, but Samus could easily destroy three armies on her own.
Bayonetta will redefine the action genre. Every time I watch gameplay, it becomes more and more appearent.

This is one polished game. Rivaling SoulCalibur 1 in terms of content.
SNK must have saw the amazing quality and content of Blazblue, and realized that they just couldn;t compete with the product they had now.
Uncharted 2 is looking to be one of the stronger contenders, but Mass Effect 2 is looking strong too, as well as Bioshock 2. Those three are looking the strongest for the award. But, never cut out the underdog, and the underdog this year is Bayonetta.
Heh, Bayonetta is already my GOTY.

Bayonetta owns both games hands down. Simply because Bayonetta is bringing action gameplay to a whole new level, while God of War 3 is more of the same, and Dante's Inferno is a cut-and-paste copy of God of War's gameplay systems in a cool environment.
I was a little worried about the Team Ninja collarbortion, but you can't argue with results. That game looked phenomenol!! Metroid is one of teh greatest game series ever; and Nintendo won't let Team Ninja screw with what makes Metroid so great, plus Itagaki is gone, so it can't get screwed up too much.
So yeah, by #1 surprise of E3 is Metroid: Other M. Can't wait!!
Developers who put a lot of quality into their work usually also put alot of creativity and style into their projects, for example, Okami and Odin Sphere. But style and originality usually equal poor sales, because the general public sees originality as scary.
Though, a ton of advertising can help sell games too. SFIV being the biggest recent example.
Okami is definitely the biggest tragedy of this trend.
