I don't know why everyone is bashing the trailer. I was personally quite impressed with the quality of the character models, lighting, and textures.
I guess if you learn all the tools available you will be able to make levels pretty quickly.
His level sounds amazing and I can't wait to give it a go.
I was in the BETA and the graphics were kinda weak. Has anyone played the retail version- have the graphics been improved?
I entered the gamespot LBP level creation comp and it says I should get a BETA key. Not sure how many are left but check it out.

I don't know what I want more- getting my level created by Sony or the limited Woolen sackboy
The only thing square said was that the 360 version hasn't begun development. It is only gamespot that assumes that the PS3 version will be held back. At e3 square said that Euorape and NA would get simultaneously at 360 conference- never said anything about any other platforms.
Wondering if any of that is in game.
It was painful to watch- the guy is such a tool.
If you stick with your team you have a much better chance of not dying or hitting your objectives.
I don't see why you guys dislike MGO so much, I think its so much fun and different than your usual FPS multiplayer.
How about Metal Gear Online? Wouldn't that extend the replay value beyond the single player. Metal Gear online will be included in the game right?

looks fun.
I've been playing online for a while but I don't think its as fun as all the reviews have been saying. Not sure if I'm not playing the right mode but none has struck me as that amazing.
Still think MGO beta is a better online experience but havent had the time to play as GTA4 single player is taking all my time ;-(
The PS3 version does look a lot more polished. The lighting is better and the draw distance is much better on the driving sections - notice how there is a lot of fog and pop up on the bridge when the guy is talking about the driving aspect of the game.
But as many people have said if you only have one system 360 or PS3 it doesn't really matter.
Oh my god you are such a loser...open your mind. I don't care about about what games come out on what system. You sound like one of those guys on fox news who have to defend one school of thought no matter what the topic is. Keep drinking the haterade buddy..
Why are you so quick to spit out the 'fanboy' word. I'm just saying thats how the gaming cycle is. When a new game comes out people tend to spend more time with it. I bet you in November PS3 owners wont be talking about MGS4/MGO but more so about resistance 2 or Killzone. And 360 fans will be all hyped about Gears of War 2. Will GTA downloadable content will be more exciting then any of the games mentioned above?
I don't know if anyone is really going to care about a game so much after 6 months after its release. By October there are going to be so many new games that are going to get all the media coverage and hype that its not really going to matter anymore.
Ha, how about the inability to use rocket boost to jump from a ramp onto a highway 50 meters above. If you don't consider games like forza and GT5 sim then please let me know what game would be considered a sim. And with my definition that I posted earlier a sim tries to 'simulate an experience as realistically as possible'. 'As Possible' is the key poitn -doesn't mean its spot on and 100% perfect.
Don't see why you're calling me a fanboy for saying its a good game. Keep drinkin...
....so how would you compare this to a game such as burnout & PGR4. I think the game is more lifelike than any racing game I've played. Please let me know which game you think is more 'sim' then this. I believe the definition of 'Sim' is below seems like GT5 hits it on the mark.
Definition: Sim (short for simulation) is a genre of video game that aims to simulate an experience as realistically as possible. Common types of simulations are flight sims and driving games.

Out of all people everyone on N4G should understand what they are trying to do. The online campaign is only targeted towards people who already know about Killzone- gamers. Why advertise on sites like IGN and Gamespot when we have been following this game since the E3 trailer? They are trying to reward us by giving us something before the comes out. I'm definitely going to check it out- if I get to win some limited edition killzone gear even better.
