Zombies are just stale and bland and boring no matter what medium they are in. The two stages demos have been very dull and now that journalists have had a hands-on demo it's getting really mixed but the more negative ones aren't too surprising. That's just how it goes for zombie material. Every zombie movie was compared to Dawn of the Dead and now they are compared to The Walking Dead. Zombies are kinda lazy so the only thing you can do is compare it to the current best game out there.

The trailer is exactly like the game, it lacks anything needed to be interesting. Where is the information about what is coming? A proper character creator? Actual missions or an actual story? Enemy Variety? Will these sea monsters (that they don't show) be a third created like the Kraken?
