Pity the director used so little of him,and instead filled the screen with crap CGI and a half-arsed Gambit.
Like the PSN's trophy page,right?
Has the potential to be a monster of a game.
Killzone 3 to utilise MAG's engine for online plz.
Someone with the name "IrishReuplicanArmy" moaning about offensive material over the internet.
Ironic.
Also,MASSIVELY ironic is the fact the IRA fights for an independent Ireland, yet having your hand held by France is the only reason your economy works.
On topic, yeah I always feel like a d"ckhead when my zap-gun-of-eternal-life is on the timer and half my team is rolling around on the floor.
Everything seems perfect with this game, and I still love it.
Just doesn't feel addictive to me.
Although the scale of the last level still blows me away, from the arc tower to the palace doors is just full on epic.
Best last lever ever IMO.
Hatton destroys him.
Finish in 27th place this gen if you like Sony,if you deliver the games I want I'll buy them.
And is it just me,or does it lack that addictive feeling?
It could be that I've recently flooded myself in first person shooters but..
I dunno,it just seems to lack that "addictive" feeling that COD4 had, might be because it feels so uber competetive and you actually have to knuckle down and try hard and work together instead of being casual (which usually I prefer hardcore).
Still a massively fun game though,I may download this and see if it reignites the spark.
I'm tired of the faceless superhuman one man army type characters.
I mean sure Resistance 2 was partially like that, but at least Hale was likeable/tragic.
Good call on Microsoft's side, kicking the dev's up the arse and basically telling them to up there game if they want XBL to distribute it.
People would probably try to spin that into MS being bullies.
I call it professionalism.
Need to find a good MMO.
Ever since it was announced Shadowbane was closing down I've been dying for a good MMO.
This has sleeper hit written all over it.
On one hand -
How good reviews for a game can come out before anybody can play a game (Halo 3,Killzone 2,)and be accepted as gospel
And on the other hand -
How good reviews for a game can come out before anybody can play a game (Prototype,MAG) and be criticized throughout.
See what I did there?
The only difference is one group is set in the "megahype" status and the other not.
I wish people would stop with all this defending and critisism t...
WHEN will that woman in the photo EVER pick up a controller and play Army of Two.
WHEN.
Alot of PS3 fanboys like to say "sales don't make a good game",
But if the PS3 was in first place and games shifted like Halo,I can guarantee that they wouldn't flinch from using the sales argument.
When I'm checking backs of cases in shops,I do not see a sign saying
"Amount of sales directly represents the enjoyment recieved from game"
"your sister is pathetic for sucking my d!ck"
Yeah, she really must have hit the bottom of the barrel to stoop that low.
People hyped it so much.
People wanted Killzone 2 to be the be-all-and-end-all of First person shooters,They took Sony and GG's promise of making a outstanding game and twisted it.
Best game ever made? No.
Best FPS ever made? No.
But what it aimed to do,it did it perfectly.
Provide a fantastic game with fantastic gameplay,Ai,story and online.
What more could it have done?
"Steeped in realism".
"unless you're a fanboy Modern Warfare 2 has already got all the awards this year has to offer"
Great you can say that without knowing anything about the game.
Or the single player.
Or the multiplayer.
Or the graphics.
Or the controls
Or the fun factor.
And people who believe Killzone 2 is GOTY are fanboys?
