Oh, perhaps I was having way too much fun to notice any frame rate problems.
The game ran fine for me. I didn't have any issue playing it. If it were unplayable, I would've definitely noticed.
PS4 ports are going to be much nicer than the shoddy ports we got most of this gen.
The sit name perfectly sums up the game. Just copy and pasted from crysis 2's boring gameplay and added trees.
Just play the game for what it is.... not for what you think it should be.
Sweet
Production values are better on console. Show me a story as rich as the Uncharted games on PC. Show me set pieces from God of War on PC.
Multi-platform games are fun and all, but the real magic happens on exclusive games.
Assassin's Creed 3 was fine. No issues.
What happens when the games are no longer available to download if your drive crashes? What happens when the patch servers are no longer online?
Gears of War doesn't run very well on the PS3...
The PS4 isn't powerful enough to play CDs guys. Gosh.
Lulz_Boat:
You're wrong about 2 things.
1. They are still HD video files that take up more storage.
2. While they are based off the in-game engine, they modify the graphics to look better than the actual gameplay. Close ups of Nate's face do NOT look like that during the game. The videos are enhanced with extra detail.
You guys realize why the download is so huge right?
FULL MOTION VIDEOS.
That's right. Almost every cutscene in Uncharted 3 (and 2 for that matter) is a video that plays while the next level loads in the background.
The game would NOT be this big if every cutscene was rendered in engine.
Max Payne 3 is the same way. (and so is Killzone 3).
Next gen games don't necessarily need to play video cutscenes t...
Please no. I have been looking forward to GTA V and if they bring it to PS4, that would be totally unfair. Also, I already have it pre-ordred for PS3.
The 360 version looks blurry as hell. If this is true, this is a giant win for PS3!
This game looks incredibly good for current gen tech.
As long as the PS3 version has zero amounts of screen tearing, I'll be happy with that version. Otherwise, I just cannot purchase this game.
So if I want to put an SSD in my PS4, it's going to tell me I pirated the game because it loads too fast?
I'm not an idiot.
The old Tomb Raider games were nothing like Uncharted.
First of all, Tomb Raider was not a shooter. Tomb Raider focused more puzzles than combat. Tomb Raider did not have a cinematic feel.
Tripe-buffering.
By the way... what's wrong with more games being like Uncharted. I would be flattered if I were Naughty Dog.
The one thing I can say that I like about Crysis 3 is... the environment is a lot better than Crysis 2. The city environment was super dull to look at in Crysis 2, but the jungle city in Crysis 3 is a lot cooler looking. My two cents.
