The $100, plus the fact that Playstation has a better, more robust library of games. Look at the PS3 and why it's winning, and has been winning for the past 2 years. Software.
Sony first party software is like leaps and virtual bounds beyond ANYTHING microsoft has published. Ms' first party studios are crap... that's just mostly a fact, with maybe 1 little flower to grow from a heap of shit that is "Microsoft Games Studios."

Sony needs to RIDE HIGH for the next few months. Insure the positive press is constantly flowing, nothing but positivity. Then release the PS4 either right before Xbox One is released, or in the same 2 week window.
They shouldn't allow microsoft to release their console first, they need to go first just to cap off the successful lead up to launch.

Microsoft would need to initiate a media campaign, educating people on the xbox one policies. That Jimmy Fallon PS4 appearance was like the nail in the coffin.

It's just too late. Already preordered PS4, am telling everyone to get a PS4 because xbox doesnt support used games and forces you to connect to the internet.

I'm an average consumer, I won't buy xbox one because it doesn't allow used games. I already told all my friends and coworkers to just get PS4s.
