In my humble opinion, knowing a bit of Bezos' business acumen, the only thing that would come out of his games studio would be a AAA game as a service, with microtransactions, seasons passes and all the shenanigans that would make the initial investment profitable for the years to come. It will NOT be a single player story with an ending.
He could buy Santa Monica studio if he wants .... but why would he ?

Interesting how a Mobile game business model is winning the hearts of tons of computer and console players. My personal decision is not to incentivate the industry to move even further in this direction and hence will stick to the free game. IN MY OPINION the monthly addition do not justify its cost ... we should have paied full price for the game and receive regular FREE DLC like the old good days.

This is a bit of a funny and misleading title (to me) .... How can SONY not liking to showcase their new console after they have spent so many resources and money to put it together?
This is is the same as FORD revealing the new family sedan, by showing numbers of how many horse powers has its engine, the specs on the tires and the number of seats it has .... but no exterior nor a test drive on a windy road or a straight line.
Reveal !?!?! Which reveal !?!? this was ONLY a showaces of the technical decision they made during the design process of the PS5. There was NO hardware, NO games, nothing tangible to see. We had an insight on the philosophy behind the decisions made to bring PS5 to life. He is already talking smack BEFORE the real reveal and this is going to bite him in the ass once more !! LOL@HIM !!
We wish ... unfortunately for every one person that comes to realization of the garbage that these companies are throwing at us, there are 10 people willing to fall into the pay per win trap ... as they do not know any better.
I personally am boycotting all the companies that use such a disgusting business practice. I want to to play games, which I buy at full price (and some more as the gold version was €100+), without having to squeeze my wallet throughout the game life.

I was so looking forward to this, played Wildlands with 3 other friend at night and it was a blast. Sense of immersion, strategy and danger where palpable. I pre-ordered the Gold Edition after I played the close Beta. I lasted 6 hours, I am returning this to amazon, the pay to win mechanics are so evident that they have litterally eviscerated the game to make more buchs at the price of enjoying the experience. If this is where the industry is going there is no future for healthy Video Gaming....
"Best" for those who play only on the go .. maybe .. best overall NO.

Customers will decide which is the better option. In this time and age average internet bandwidth will not allow a comparable expoerience between Stadia and consoles. For some people might be a good alterantive to buying expensive hardware .. i will stick with PS5 and XBOX2 as I like to own what I pay for.
