These are cost leadership, differentiator, and segmentation strategy (niche market). Without following either cost or a differentiator strategy, a company risks being stuck in the middle with no clear vision.

be daft. LBP was released 8 days after Fable 2. I doubt we would see the effects of this game being a "system seller" in two days. Mind you the PS3s #s are still pretty crap. Hopefully do better next month =D

just weird - the reviews are split into two groups. Half the reviews say that campaign mode isn't up to par, then the other half like this review denounce multiplayer. What are the chances that some of these reviewers didn't even play the first title....

from what I can see, 50% want the controls to have run and gun implemented, and the other half dont want them changed. I personally say keep them as is. It's not about "this gen, walk, talk, shoot, poop about the bla bla bla at the same time, - I think it's more that the RE series retains it's identity. One can always play Gears and Dead space if they want everything else right?? I thought the controls were fine - took me an about hour to figure them out though. Just spend a bit of time ...
