man that is so lame! every time a bot runs in here screaming the ps3 has no games, it makes them look like a fool! its old! the ps3 has plenty - and at this mo, a ton more personality and variety than the 360.
this is the only other exclusive Ps3 shooter type since resistance - amazing huh? the west will eat this game up.
Your points are well taken, but for almost a year now the Ps3 according to “X-kids” have had no “AAA” titles – defined as something that has to be over a nine. I disagree with that strongly but that’s a whole different story. Point is that us “SonyKids” have waited a long time for this. We have been bashed and thrashed by the media and “X-kids” for this very point. As you can see from the 160 posts above me that this site is predominantly made up of Sony fans – so some respect is deserved her...

oh btw i think its mighty swell that the ps3 is building on new IPs such as uncharted even tho it can be risky. That slew of awesome R&C reviews a couple of hours ago leads me to believe that the Sony family is o.k with trying new stuff this generation (resistance), but is also keeping its big guns in check (R & C).
i see where you're coming from, but as i was saying above, this reviewer goes out of his way to justify why, and for that i respect him. This is helleva lot more than most reviewers were doing with Halo and Bioshock. Also its genre defining in its own way. There's nothing like it on any other system this generation.
A justification of perfection! - So rare these days. Too many reviewers have thrown about tens without any justifications, almost criticizing games and still giving them tens. Finally!

anywhoo - i'm really considering getting this game for my ps3. Does anyone know what the deal is with multiplayer? are IW pumping in alot of dedicated servers (don't want laggy play)? Will there be worldwide play (don't want just aussie nz play - they'll be like only 2 ppl online)?
what exactly do they mean by software units? - does the 8,819,998 include all the Halo 3 games sold?
as a gamer i find it humbling that i can still play my ps2 and ps1 games on this next gen console. In two years i have a feeling they might phase out the bc consoles all together because of more ps3 game variety. How many then can say they have a bc console? Also i prob would have missed out on the classics that are resistance and motor storm if i had got my ps3 this xmas. I always tend to get the latest games that are out! ;)
over half of those reviews you just spewed up were of the Japanese imports. I fail to see how they can judge an RPG without even understanding the story. FIY - Eurogamer is the most biased crap site out there. They continually, unashamedly and blatantly bash the ps3
this was one of the games that i got my Ps3 for! all the HATERS/ media can hate, as long as the ps3 keeps giving me original/beautiful IPs along with the likes of the MGSs and FFs, i'm a happy chappy! =)

what is up with that??!! This game costs $60. A movie ticket is $8. Why is MS obsessed with beating Spidey - there's no comparison! If anything they should be focused on beating the records of FF, MGS and GT franchises.
i wish Epic would come str8 out & say when they would be releasing it. i really don't want to get COD4 if unreal comes out before xmas.
